Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Best boba I've ever tried. I definitely recommend this flavor, very yummy! Great service and use of tech.

Only reason I give it one star is to get someone to answer why the iced black milk tea which has always been served in the clear cups (and still is at other locations), is suddenly given in the smaller opaque white cup. It's not only less in quantity but this cup is usually given for hot drinks so not sure why they switched and would like them to switch back. $7 for less is crazy. Otherwise, love the actual products. Update- They are still using the opaque white smaller cups for the iced Black milk tea drink. Nothing has changed. Update again- same small cup as of 9/8 so clearly the manager isn't doing anything.

Came to this location a few times for drinks and theyβve been mostly pleasant besides the super long wait times, but thatβs expected at most heyteas especially when itβs crowded. For July 4th there was a promotion where if you ordered 2 drinks you get a free magnet but apparently youβre supposed to order in person in order to get the free magnet which is really confusing especially since it wasnβt mentioned on the advertisement outside the store or even on the appβ¦ Also because ordering on the app always seems more convenient considering the wait times and the very little space in the store. Kiosks werenβt working at the time. Thereβs no seating or tables this is a grab and go heytea spot. Overall the drinks taste pretty high quality but definitely one of the boba spots I donβt come to regularly due to the wait time and price.

Space space for standing only with sleek design counter and easy ordering on app or counter with cashier. Assembly line of drink making and nice air circulation.

I donβt know what they put in them drinks, but we always come back. Fresh, quality ingredients, and the staff stay consistent. Drinks are fire β kale boost tea, tiramisu, and coconut mango bloom are our go-toβs. Only thing that sucks is thereβs no parking.
